New features to 10.6 and 10.6a include:

More options for Formula’s Dynamic Scope to help Formulas not be evaluated as often.
2 new options to Formula to allow Formula’s to be evaluated when opening a Business Item or saving Results. These can be used in place of the Dynamic Scope so that the Formulas are not evaluated as often
Added Marginal Limits to Agreements.
Added Open Security Levels for Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and General User.
